You may purchase merchandise from Love You On Tuesdays, LLC by using Paypal. If you are Local and would rather pay cash that is fine but production on your order starts AFTER payment is received. Uh Ohhh… I have an error on my order… If we made a mistake on your order don’t worry, we will get you a replacement! Just contact us with your name and order number so we can help get the replacement going for you. Please note, we cannot replace items for free unless the mistake was made by us. For example, if you placed your order but you chose the wrong color thread on the order, we will not replace it for free. Typically in a situation where the customer made an ordering mistake what we do is just charge the customer the raw cost plus postage to remake and send the item. If the mistake was our fault then don’t worry, we will pay for the replacement!
If you realize you made a mistake while placing the order contact me as soon as possible. Depending on how many orders are in progress, production is planned to begin 1-2 days after payment. Adjustments can be made if notified before your order has begun.
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that occasionally a mistake can be made. We accept returns for the following conditions:
· Items that were originally defective.
· Items are wrong.
All returns must be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise according to tracking number.
